Depend on bjosql 0.3.2 and name the datetime types it uses

bjosql 0.3.0 does not build with Bjolang 0.1.0: its only lists leave out
the types it names. 0.3.2 names them, so the manifest asks for it and the
lock pins it.

Bjolang 0.1.0 also requires a type to be in an (only ...) list for a module
to name it. core.bjo names Time and DateTime of (std datetime), so they are
now in its list.
