a8220adc34 Depend on bjosql 0.4.0
bjosql 0.4.0 reads its query language with grammars, which Bjolang 0.2.0
requires. The queries are written as before.

3d07bfccfc Depend on bjosql 0.3.2 and name the datetime types it uses
bjosql 0.3.0 does not build with Bjolang 0.1.0: its only lists leave out
the types it names. 0.3.2 names them, so the manifest asks for it and the
lock pins it.

Bjolang 0.1.0 also requires a type to be in an (only ...) list for a module
to name it. core.bjo names Time and DateTime of (std datetime), so they are
now in its list.

b7e9c8076f PostgreSQL for Bjolang: bjosql over Npgsql, for bjoroutines
Every operation suspends its fiber while it waits for the server, and
the ambient cancellation token cancels the query. A Db is a pool; a
transaction holds one connection and hands its function a Db bound to
it, and a nested one is a savepoint. Each SqlValue is a typed parameter,
and a value is read back by the PostgreSQL type of its column. The
server's errors are DbError with its SQLSTATE, and a lost connection is
DbError 08000.
